• Dave and Tony Arthur sang Tam Lin in on their Trailer album Hearken to the Witches Rune.. In , Anne Briggs sang this ballad as Young Tambling unaccompanied on her first solo album Anne aniswilchandspunafeasunramadelgess.xyzinfo recording was reissued on her Fellside and Topic compilation CDs, Classic Anne Briggs and A Collection.A.L. Lloyd wrote in the original album's sleeve notes.

• Nov 26,  · Tam Lin - an extraordinary arrangement, performance and vocal delivery. Sandy Denny and Ashley Hutchings decided to go off and form new groups to pursue their personal muses. Sandy formed Fotheringay with future husband Trevor Lucas and Ashley assembled the first lineup of Steeleye Span, who, truth be told, were to be a more consistently.

• Fairport Convention are a British folk rock band, formed in by Richard Thompson (guitar, vocals), Simon Nicol (guitar, vocals), Ashley Hutchings (bass guitar), and Shaun Frater (drums, percussion), with Frater replaced by Martin Lamble after their first gig. They started out heavily influenced by American folk rock and singer-songwriter material, with a setlist dominated by Bob Dylan and Missing: Tam Lin.
