There was also a Ryko disc best of that I had as a teenager, I believe I got it "for free" in a package with the Hendrix Live At Winterland CD (and a CD holder that held something like 15 CD's). It was called Steal This Disc. I thought that was a pretty collection of music.

• If this album is important to you, you probably need this multi-disc version--there's a lot of worthwhile tracks on the outtake discs. But some people will be satisfied with the 3 CD version with cleaner sound and those "Esher Demos". But for those who really like this album, this is a great look past the original album/5().

• Album / CD Mastering Credits. Obviously a good condenser would do a better job but the other day I slapped a shure sm 58 about an inch from the guitar right between the sound hole and the fretboard. I was surprised at the quality of it. at this long enough lol. My main question though is why is guitar with dynamic mikes so frowned upon.
